Terms and Conditions of lifetime warranty for Venchago:

Lifetime Warranty: Your card guarantees a one-time replacement for each item of the same value in the event of accidental breakage or a craftsmanship issue. The warranty is valid for the lifetime of the customer as long as they possess the signed warranty card.

Eligibility: To maintain eligibility for the warranty replacement, it is essential to keep this card secure and present it at the time of replacement. The card must be presented at the time of claim and must be signed.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages incurred due to misuse, improper handling, theft, loss, or any modifications made to the product by a third party. The warranty is also void if the product has been repaired or tampered with by anyone other than our authorized personnel.

Replacement Process: To request a replacement under this warranty, please contact our customer service team and provide details of the issue along with a clear photograph of the damaged item. Our team will assess the request and provide instructions for the replacement process.

Limitation of Liability: Our liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement of the damaged item. Or an item of the same value.

Agreement: By signing the card you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to all the terms and conditions of the life time warranty provided by Venchago. Your signature also confirms that you understand the limitations and exclusions outlined in this.
