How long will my order take to come?

Will it tarnish in the sea or pool water?

No we have designed our jewellery to keep it's shine even after being exposed to certain elements. All pieces are completely water sweat and heat proof.

What is PVD Plated?

PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coating is a high-tech process used to apply a layer of coating onto jewellery pieces. The process involves using a vacuum chamber to deposit metallic particles onto the surface of the jewellery metal.

This results in a highly durable and scratch-resistant layer of coating that improves the jewellery's longevity while enhancing its visual appeal.

PVD coatings come in a wide range of colours, including gold, silver, rose gold, and black. We use PVD plating of 14k to ensure a non yellow colouring of all our jewellery and let the gold speak for itself.

How does the Lifetime Warranty work?

We are proud to say every one of our pieces are hand crafted expertly to the highest standard.

So much so we are willing to give you a Lifetime Warranty with every item. You will receive a warranty card with all items, you'll need to scan the QR code on the card and read the terms and conditions here.

Then just sign the card and keep it.
